Part of my work uses BNP methods to aid data analysis for a specific application, while I am also interested in developing methodological extensions of BNP priors to improve data analysis in practice.

A Bayesian framework for cancer detection

I have recently started working on statistical genomics, with the aim of developing tools to aid early cancer detection using blood-based tests.
